1. Acceptance

By accessing or using deployb20.xyz ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. What the Site does

deployb20.xyz is a non-custodial frontend tool that lets you interact with the B20 precompile on the Base blockchain — deploying tokens, minting supply, sending payments, and granting roles. All transactions are signed and sent directly from your own wallet. The Site never holds your private keys, funds, or tokens.

3. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• All transactions you sign and submit through the Site
• The tokens you deploy, including their name, symbol, supply, and configuration
• Ensuring your token and its use comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Securing your own wallet and private keys
• Verifying transaction details before signing — blockchain transactions are irreversible

4. Gas fees and network costs

All transactions require gas fees paid to the Base network. These fees are collected by the network, not by us. Gas fees are non-refundable regardless of the outcome of a transaction.

5. Not financial or legal advice

Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Deploying a token does not constitute an offering of securities. Consult qualified professionals before launching any token with real economic value.

6. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at any given time. The Base blockchain and its precompiles are operated by third parties outside our control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to loss of funds, failed transactions, or token deployment errors.

8. Prohibited use

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Deploy tokens intended to defraud, deceive, or harm others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to disrupt, abuse, or reverse-engineer the Site or its API

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
